The service package allows to search for OE or IAM truck parts within the TecDoc Catalogue by using the VIN. The catalogue provides information for the “Big 7” in the commercial vehicle sector, i.e. the brands DAF, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, Scania and Volvo, making it much easier to identify the correct part from a broad range of suppliers.

TecAlliance receives the OE information directly from the truck manufacturers and combines it with the product information provided by the IAM part manufacturers, allowing to look up IAM and OE references by using the VIN.

“Our catalogue for the CV sector is easy to use and reliable. Catalogue users can choose the ideal replacement part for their customers, from a broad range of suppliers,” explains Product Owner Sebastian Liebsch. “It helps to minimise part returns.
