VENEPORTE joins the TecCom platform
The Portuguese parts manufacturer has automated order processing to improve customer service.
The customers of VENEPORTE, a leading manufacturer of exhaust systems, catalytic converters (CATs), particulate filters (DPFs), SCRs, and other components for the automotive industry, can check the availability of replacement parts and order them electronically via TecCom Order Manager. The Portuguese company had already been presenting its products in the TecDoc Catalogue for several years; the decision to use the Order Manager B2B platform was a further step towards digitisation and to further improve customer service.
