TecCom User Group Nordics in Copenhagen
Expert exchange opens up new insights and perspectives
After the successful DACH User Group in May this year, TecCom wanted to continue this event on a European level. The TecCom User Groups bring together trade and industry to discuss the latest TecCom solutions and developments, as well as trends in the aftermarket sector.
To facilitate this exchange, TecCom organized three User Groups – one of them in Denmark for customers from the North. The meeting took place on 12th October in Copenhagen.
Since there has been a lot going on in the TecCom world lately, there was a tight program with exciting topics:
· TecCom Excellence Program: Certification and validation of message quality
· TXML5: New communication format with enhanced standards and functions
· TecCom Portal: New helpful features like the customizable dashboard and practical tips to make workflows easier
· Open Orders: The way to cost-effective and automated Open Order Lists
· Sigle Sign On: One login for all solutions including increased data security and convenience
· E-Invoicing: Tax compliant e-Invoicing solution for the global automotive aftermarket
· CMD: Standardized format for article and price lists as well as availability data
· TecCom Returns: The holy grail for returns and warranty management
In addition to the informative presentations, there was also plenty of interaction with customers. In a presentation, one participant gave insights into the use of the TecCom Order solution in his company environment. This was followed by an exciting discussion about e-commerce requirements in the automotive aftermarket. The discussions could also be continued during the breaks with a pleasant atmosphere, a hot coffee and good food.
All participants agreed that the expert exchange offered new insights and perspectives and that they would be happy to participate again next year.
